Status page

Your workspace can have a public, read-only status page that shows your active incidents and the ones resolved recently. Anyone with the link can read it, with no login. Use it to give customers or colleagues somewhere to look during an outage.

The status page is off until an admin turns it on, because it shows incident titles to anyone who has the link.

Turn it on

You need to be a workspace admin.

  1. Open System in the left-hand menu.
  2. In the Status Page section, choose Turn on status page.
  3. Regen shows your status page link. Open it to see the page, and share it with whoever needs it.

Your link is specific to your workspace and cannot be guessed. It looks like https://regen.fluidify.ai/status/ followed by a long random code.

What the page shows

  • Overall status: whether there are any active incidents right now.
  • Active incidents: incidents that are triggered or acknowledged, with their number, title, severity, status and when they started.
  • Recently resolved: incidents resolved or canceled in the last 7 days, with how long each one lasted.

The page refreshes itself every 30 seconds.

It reports incidents and their history only. Scheduled maintenance is shown as a placeholder for now.

What is never shown

  • Private incidents never appear on the status page. See Private incidents.
  • Incident details, timelines, alerts and chat messages. Only the number, title, severity, status and times are shown.

Because the page shows titles, write incident titles you are happy for outsiders to read, or keep sensitive incidents private.

  • Make a new link creates a new link and the old one stops working immediately. Use this if the link has been shared more widely than you meant.
  • Turn off switches the status page off. The link stops working. Turning it on again creates a new link.
