Billing and your trial
This page explains how the free trial works, how to subscribe, and what you can see on the Billing and Usage pages. For the current price and what is included, see fluidify.ai/pricing.
The free trial
Every new workspace starts with a 30-day free trial. You do not need a card to start.
- In the last 9 days, a countdown bar appears at the top of the app.
- Regen emails you with 6 days left, with 2 days left, on the last day, and once more after the lock.
- You can subscribe at any time during the trial.
When the trial ends
If you have not subscribed, the workspace is locked, including alerting and paging. Nobody can use it, and no pages are sent. Your data is kept and nothing is deleted. Subscribing restores access for your whole team straight away.
Subscribe before the trial ends if people depend on Regen to page them.
Who can manage billing
Only the workspace owner can open the Billing page. Anyone else sees "Owner access required" and is asked to contact their owner. See Users, roles and teams.
Subscribe
There is one paid plan, Pro, with unlimited seats. Until you subscribe, the owner sees an Upgrade to Pro button in the left-hand menu and on the Billing page.
- Choose Upgrade to Pro. A short dialog shows the plan and its price. Tax is added at checkout, based on your country.
- Choose Continue to secure checkout. Payment is handled by our payment partners, not by Regen. For payments in US dollars this is Paddle, our reseller.
- If you are paying from India, choose Paying from India? Pay in INR to pay in rupees instead, and pick a billing period.
- Complete the payment.
After you pay, you are sent back to Regen. Regen then waits for the payment provider to confirm the payment before it activates the subscription, so you may briefly see "Confirming your subscription". This is safe: use Refresh status and it will not create a second purchase.
If upgrading is not available for your workspace, the dialog says so and the Billing page shows how to contact us.
Annual and enterprise plans
For annual or enterprise buying, use Contact us on the Billing page. Enter your company name, billing address and the term you want, and we follow up by email.
What the Billing page shows
| Section | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Current plan | Your plan, its status, when it renews, and how many active users you have. |
| Usage this month | Alerts received, AI credits, and texts and calls, with a CSV export. |
| Invoices | Your invoices, once you have a subscription. |
| Billing details | The details that appear on your invoices. |
| Plan history | Past changes to your plan. |
Usage and limits
Workspace admins and owners can see what the plan includes each month, and how much has been used, under Usage & limits in the settings. The page shows the date the meters reset (the 1st, in UTC). Money, such as overage and invoices, stays on the owner-only Billing page.
Alerting, escalation and paging are never limited by these allowances.
| Meter | How it behaves at the limit |
|---|---|
| Alerts | Never limited. |
| AI credits | AI features pause until the 1st. Alerting and paging are not affected. Usage is broken down by feature. See AI features. |
| Texts and calls | Pages keep going. Anything past the included amount is billed as overage. Usage is broken down by country. |
| Fair use: every email counts, one per recipient, and none is held back. Pages, resets and invites always go out. | |
| File storage | Total size of all incident attachments. It does not reset monthly: deleting files frees space. When it is full, new uploads are refused; existing files, alerting and paging are not affected. |
Texts and calls are counted in units. One unit is what a text to a US number costs. A text or a call minute to other countries costs 5 or 20 units, and a long text counts once per part.
A bar turns amber as you approach an allowance and red when you reach it. On a trial, the texts, calls and email meters only appear once you have used most of them.
Change your card
Choose Change card to update the card on a subscription. If you pay in INR, there is no change-card option: cancel and subscribe again.
Cancel
Choose Cancel subscription and confirm. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and alerting and paging keep working until then. The page shows the date it will end.
If a payment fails
A banner appears across the app when a payment fails. You can dismiss it, but it comes back the next day until the problem is fixed, so a failed payment does not go unnoticed. Update your card on the Billing page.
